The Bowler Hat Cottage in Woodstock was so cozy and charming! The bathroom with the shower and washing machine was super convenient for a low-maintenance person like me. Plus, having a separate bathroom with a hairdryer was a nice touch. Loved it!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the fact that there was only one bathroom with a shower and washing machine. But I guess some people might not mind it.

Immaculate cottage, well-appointed, excellent location in lovely village, seamless key retrieval, clear instructions, great facilities.

We stayed at Oxfordshire Living - The Bowler Hat Cottage for a second time and immediately felt at home. The cottage is beautifully renovated, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. We loved the welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of Prosecco, as well as the cozy lounge with a log burner. The location was perfect for visiting the Woodstock Gate to Blenheim Palace, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The easy access to buses to Oxford was a bonus.

Would recommend this hotel.

We had a BLAST exploring Bleinham Palace and cycling around the area. The cottage was super cozy and had everything we needed - comfy beds, a wicked bathroom, and a wicked kitchen for cooking up our grub. Plus, the location was perf because there were heaps of cool places to eat out nearby. We felt like proper adults having brekkie outside and chilling in the evenings. Couldn't ask for a better vacay!

The only thing we wished for was some more party vibes. It would have been wicked if there was a chill-out area with cool lights or a mini disco ball.

The cottage was mind-blowingly clean and full of character, perfect for relaxation after exploring the area. The location offered everything we needed, with shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. Blenheim Palace being so close was a jaw-dropping bonus. The host's EXCELLENT communication and effort to make our stay memorable were top-notch. We highly recommend this super cottage for a guaranteed unforgettable stay.

The nearby bike rental shops made it easy for us to explore the scenic routes and enjoy some outdoor adventures together. The location of the cottage was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and pubs within a short walk, and the bus stop to Oxford just around the corner. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better family getaway.

For dads, it would be great to have a selection of board games or outdoor games available for families with children.

Quirky Fireplace: While exploring the lovely Woodstock area, I had the chance to experience the warm embrace of the cottage's fireplace. It was like being enveloped in a comforting bear hug after a long day of cycling. The crackling fire created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Missing Microwave: Although the cottage had all the necessary kitchen equipment, including a Nespresso machine, I must admit that a microwave would have been a convenient addition. But hey, who needs microwave meals when you can whip up delicious treats with the cottage's other appliances?

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. The location was excellent, especially for visiting the nearby Blenheim Palace. The instructions for collecting the key were very clear and convenient, sent to me via text message prior to my arrival. I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket of treats and a bottle of Prosecco upon my arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. I enjoyed being able to sit outside for breakfast and in the evenings. The hotel had plenty of choices for eating out, making it easy to find a delicious meal.

The bathroom with the shower and washing machine was a total lifesaver! I could easily clean up after a day at the beach and do some laundry too. It made my stay so convenient, I loved it!

Beds were comfortable and bathroom was large. Immaculate and well-appointed cottage. Key retrieval and instructions were seamless. Enjoyed our stay and everything was straightforward.

No cheeseboard and cheese knives. Extra place mats needed for hot food and teapot.
